He is a Chartered Accountant in Australia and UK (ICAEW), holds a Bachelor of Science and is a Registered Company Auditor and is a licensed auditor with the Financial Markets Authority in New Zealand.

Tony specialises in financial services, property, retail and distribution and mining and exploration, and works with Australian and multinational growing private and listed clients.

Tony previously spent more than 20 years with KPMG, Deloitte and Crowe Horwath.

He enjoys travel, skiing, cycling, all things mountain, old cars, fine food, and the ocean.

Archana Kumar

Archana has over 18 years’ audit experience in Australia and Fiji. She is a CPA and holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting, Financial Management, and Information Systems. Archana is also a Registered Company Auditor and is a licensed auditor with the Financial Markets Authority in New Zealand.

Archana works with growing and listed clients in financial services, mining and exploration, not for profit and retail and distribution. Archana has previous experience at Grant Thornton.

She enjoys travel and learning about different food and culture.

She carries out audit and assurance work for many clients in various industries, including financial services, insurance, information technology and not for profits. Chin has previous experience at Crowe Horwath and KPMG.

Chin enjoys cycling and keeping active, travel, and time with friends and family.

David Sinclair

David has over 30 years’ experience in providing audit, assurance, accounting advisory and related services to a diverse client base that includes professional and financial services, property, investment, import and distribution, transport and logistics, as well as mining and mineral exploration. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Registered Company Auditor.

David was a KPMG Australia audit partner for fifteen years. As well as servicing a broad portfolio of clients, he was a member of the ASPAC Audit Quality Performance Program, leading quality reviews across KPMG offices throughout the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, David was the leader of the Crowe Horwath Australia Audit and Assurance Services Division.

David has three sons and shares a passion with them for fishing, boats and the beach.

During this period, she has performed various senior roles in the Asia-Pacific region in the areas of corporate governance, client relationship management and HR management.

Davinder has spent most of his auditing experience with LNP.

He enjoys scuba diving and soccer and has interest in aeroplanes and non-verbal communications.
